    Curios charges a small fee to purchasers, ranging from $0.50 to $5.00 depending on the total sale amount. Authors receive 100% of the net sales proceeds.

    Customers can purchase your books using various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, ACH transfers, cryptocurrency, and, in some cases, buy-now-pay-later options.
  • add_boxDoes Curios censor risqué, romance or NSFW content?
    Generally no, as long as the content is not considered “immoral or overly obscene”. We flag certain content as "Explicit" and will require age verification from readers when necessary.

    Here are steps you can take to resolve this:
    • Make sure you have the most up to date version of the app
    • Tap the library icon in the bottom left corner of the device
    • In the library tab, find the book that wont play and tap the three dots on the right
    • Tap the clear storage option
    • Tap "clear" in the confirmation window
    • Tap the book again to start re-downloading it
  • add_boxHow do I access content that I purchased or claimed on Curios?
    On marketplace.curios.com:
    • On marketplace.curios.com, open the account menu in the top right and go to your "Wallet".
    • Find your purchased item in the list, then click on the "Access Content" button to start reading, listening or viewing the content you purchased or claimed.
    On the Apple / Android mobile app: On Kindle (for ebooks only):
  • add_boxDoes Curios allow AI-generated content?
    Yes, we do allow AI-generated content if they disclose that the content is AI-generated. Our platform does not generate any content for purchase or claim using AI.
