Growing up in South East Texas, I spent many weekends fishing, camping, or just running around the land. We lived in Spring, but had family further north out in the Pineywoods, so I was able to enjoy both aspects of city and country living.

I went to college in East Texas and quickly fell in love with the area. My husband and I moved to East Texas a few years ago and little did I realize, I was moving back to familial roots. No wonder I enjoyed the area so much.

Writing has always been a large part of my life. It's only now that I'm taking the chance to share my writing with the world. I know this is what I am meant to do. It has long been a dream of mine to be a published author. Now, that dream has come true.
